The service begins at 11:00 in Blenheim Square, with the Blessing of Palms and a Procession into church. All Welcome!

Lent 5 – Passiontide begins

Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 this Sunday; at 19:30 on Monday; at 10:00 on Wednesday. All welcome.

Mothering Sunday Mass

(with Daffodils) will be led by Mother Dorothy at 11:00. Stations of the Cross and Mass on Monday at 19:30 with Father Alan. Mass on Wednesday at 10:00 with Mother Alice. All welcome.

Lenten worship continues with the Mass at 11:00; Biblical Stations of the Cross + Mass on Monday at 19:30; said Mass on Wednesday at 10:00. All welcome.

Ash Wednesday 2012

Ash Wednesday 2012: Mass with hymns and the Imposition of Ashes on Wednesday at 19:30. All Welcome.
Almighty and everlasting God, you hate nothing you have made and forgive the sins of all who are penitent: Create and make in us new and contrite hearts, that we, worthily lamenting our sins and acknowledging our wretchedness, may obtain of you, the God of all mercy, perfect remission and forgiveness; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

(There will be a 10:00 Mass in the Lady Chapel as usual but the Ash Wednesday ceremonies are reserved for the evening service.)

Sunday 19th February

Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 – all welcome. Members of the Team PCC will leave immediately after the service for a meeting at Hollin House.

No Monday Mass (6th Feb)

Today’s thaw looks pretty but experience indicates that it will have turned to treacherously frozen slush by tomorrow night. Monday evening’s Mass is cancelled. Stay safe, stay warm and “… when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you”. (Matthew 6:6)

Snow-mass!

Mass will be celebrated on Sunday at 11:00. The heat is working, the coffee is hot. All welcome ~ but make sure you can travel safely.
